A Dubai-based property developer has disclosed the master blueprint for its upcoming housing development in the neighborhood of Dubailand.

Dubailand to have new residential community

The residential project is called “Serena” has a straight access to Emirates Road, featuring and offering affordable residences spread in an area of roughly 761,824 square meters.

Serena exudes a mixed Spanish-Mediterranean setting and will be developed accordingly in five phases. The construction of the first phase is projected to be finished by the fourth quarter of 2018.

Having a cluster of four to six units, the phase one offers two- to three-bedroom townhouses and villas with three bedrooms. Other features of Serena comprise of swimming pools, play and leisure areas, a gym, and a healthcare facility all designed perfectly for families.

As per the CEO of the developer, the project was developed as an addition to their portfolio and to show their broad understanding of the market, and their knowledge of the rising demand for low-priced houses in Dubai.
