Madison Humphrey

Hello everyone! My name is Madison Humphrey, and I am an aspiring violinist who one day hopes to be on Broadway in a pit orchestra. I have been playing violin for four years now, and it has made my life amazing:) I play in the elite orchestra at my school, I serve as concert mistress in a full symphony orchestra, I have my own string quintet, I used to have my own string quartet, and I also participate in fiddling and rock orchestra. My big accomplishments include being a member of OMEA Northwest Regional Orchestra, OMEA District One Honors Orchestra, Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp Masterworks Orchestra, Thoroughly Modern Millie Pit, West Side Story Pit, and many others. Some of the special awards that I have received are all superior ratings at OMEA Solo and Ensemble with Class A selections, and I received the Conductor's Award for Excellence and Dedication for the 2012-13 school year. I intend to study violin performance in New York City in the fall of 2015, and then hopefully Broadway<3
